Nationals LF Adam Dunn was out of yesterday's lineup, due to a right wrist injury.
The A's placed P Josh Outman on the 15 day DL and called up P Gio Gonzalez. Outman has a sprained elbow.
The Nationals designated P Kip Wells for assignment.
The Yankees sold P Jose Veras to the Indians.
The Indians traded minor league 1B Michael Aubrey to the Orioles for a player to be named later.
The Marlins placed P Matt Lindstrom on the 15 day DL and called up P Christopher Leroux. Lindstrom has a sprained elbow.
Rays 3B Evan Longoria had to leave yesterday's game, as a precautionary measure, due to a twinge in his left hamstring.
Braves P Kenshin Kawakami had to leave yesterday's game, after being hit by a line drive.
The Yankees activated INF Cody Ransom from the DL and designated INF Angel Berroa for assignment.
The Mets called up INF Argenis Reyes and designated P Jon Switzer for assignment.
